We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Taking details of jobs from customers and recording in job tracking software
- Liaising with customers to organise appointments in diary for engineers
- Contacting wholesalers to order materials
- Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handling data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Using Sage for basic financial record-keeping
- Providing administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computerised systems is advantageous but training will be given
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: 26,208.00-33,280.00 per year
