As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key part in keeping our projects running smoothly. You'll support our commercial and contracts teams by managing project documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all site teams have the information they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update project documents including
drawings, lift plans, and schedules
.
Organise, store, and distribute
drawings and documents to relevant site managers and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate document control and version tracking.
Use
Microsoft Excel
extensively for logs, trackers, and reports.
Support contracts managers and the commercial team with administrative tasks.
Handle correspondence, file management, and general office duties.
Assist with updating project folders and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
About You:
Strong
organisation and time management
skills.
Excellent
Excel skills
(formulas, sorting/filtering data, creating trackers).
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing technical documents.
Confident communicator - able to liaise with site teams, clients, and suppliers.
Experience in a construction or engineering environment (preferred, not essential).
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
