Office Admin / Payroll Administrator

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administrator with a Construction Background required for an immediate start on a permanent basis for an Office Manager/Payroll Administrator - based role in Sighthill - Edinburgh.

All Candidates must have quickbooks experience and General Admin.

All duties will include:

- Processing weekly/ monthly payroll

- staff wages and invoice payments

- Completing CIS and VAT returns and experience

- Dealing with HMRC

The role requires someone who can start ASAP due to an increase in contracts. Office Hours are Mon - Thurs 8am-4pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
