We are an established maintenance and installation company based in Treharris, serving various public sector contracts / clients.
The Helpdesk Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a highly professional, efficient and effective service to our customers. The daily routine would include dealing with reactive calls and planned maintenance, issuing detailed job instructions to engineers, updating the clients details and monitoring job progress.
This is a busy role and requires dedication from the correct applicant.
They would require good computing skills including excel, sage 50 accounts,Motivity work force experience and professional telephone manner.
We are looking for applicants who are flexible and dynamic.
The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 8am- 2pm, Monday - Friday (negotiable and flexible)
