An Office Administrator is required for a small trades company in Warwick, which supplies catering equipment and ventilation services to the catering industry.
The role provides office and accounts support.
Duties will include all aspects of running the office: purchase and sales ledgers, ordering stock, order processing, sales invoicing, supplier payments, bank reconciliation, CIS returns, sales enquiries etc.
Experience of Sage 50 Accounts is essential.
Permanent position @ 32.5 hours per week.
Hours 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility).
Own transport is essential
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
21k - 24k dependent on experience.
