Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Administration Assistant

to support the ongoing administrative and business development requirements of the company. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and traceability standards, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Duties



Print customer purchase orders, enter sales orders, and create comprehensive job packages. Use

MOYOLA's Management Information System

to receive goods inwards and update all customer-specific documentation accurately. Complete quality and traceability checks on completed job sheets prior to filing. Collate and file completed purchase orders to maintain traceability. Manage job sheets by verifying start dates, machine schedules, and ensuring accurate contract reviews are included, resulting in 100% accurate job packs. Ensure all

Quality AS9100 documentation

meets required

ISO/AS standards

. Manage reception duties, including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing goods-in, and processing post with professionalism. Organise hospitality arrangements for visitors and company meetings. Collaborate with team members and provide support when required, promoting teamwork across departments. Embrace and apply

Continuous Improvement

and

in daily activities. Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing company needs and undertaking additional tasks as required. Participate in ongoing

training and personal development

through the company's appraisal system. Follow all company processes, procedures, and best practices to maintain high operational standards.

Skills



Essential:



GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in

Maths and English

. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Proficient in

Microsoft Word

Excel

. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:



Previous experience in a similar administrative role. Higher education qualification in a relevant discipline. High degree of accuracy when working with numerical data.
