Office Administrative Assistant
to join our Glasgow office. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
About the Role
You'll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. From managing day-to-day admin tasks to supporting reception and mailroom duties, you'll help ensure everything operates efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Do
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation, scheduling)
Manage mailroom activities - sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing packages
Assist with reception duties - greeting visitors and handling enquiries
Maintain office supplies and shared spaces to a high standard
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support team projects and occasional events, including HR and charity initiatives

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional and approachable manner
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook and Office)
Flexible and proactive attitude
Desirable:
Previous experience in administration, reception, or mailroom roles.
