We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient work environment, managing communications, and assisting with various office tasks. Responsibilities
Handling telephone calls, enquiries, and managing emails/correspondence promptly and professionally
Assist with managing the company vehicle fleet
Prepare weekly payment lists
All administration relating to assisting the Personal Assistant
Assist with Social Media
Liaising effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Assist with managing orders
Deal with the mail
Daily deadlines must be met, overtime may be necessary
Qualifications:
Extensive and demonstrable experience in an administrative role, reflecting a strong, in-depth background in administration
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Excellent Computer Skills
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners and computers is essential
