Office Operations
Oversee office supply inventory; order and restock materials as needed.
Maintain office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and coordinate repairs.
Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and workspace setup.
Ensure the office environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
Records & Data Management
Enter, update, and manage data across various systems and databases.
Maintain internal records, logs, and reports.
Assist with document preparation, policy updates, and recordkeeping compliance.
Financial & Administrative Assistance
Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Support basic bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
Assist with vendor management and service agreements.
Customer & Staff Support
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism.
Provide general support for office events, meetings, and company functions.
QualificationsRequired
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred
Experience with office management software or CRM tools.
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
