Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed.
Maintain accurate records using software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Organise meetings and coordinate schedules for team members.
Support the team with various office projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
