Office Administrator

who can thrive in a busy B2B environment and help us deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.

The Role



This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll support both our sales and operations teams, ensuring our office runs smoothly while keeping customers and stakeholders fully supported.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional manner Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth processing of quotes, contracts, and aftersales care Update and maintain our CRM system with customer and sales data Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and customer records with accuracy Assist in managing customer accounts, invoicing, and basic financial records Coordinate meetings, greet visitors, and support managers and stakeholders with day-to-day admin needs Support social media posting and light marketing tasks to promote Easywaste Ensure high levels of customer service at all times and act as a key contact for existing clients

What We're Looking For:



Previous office administration experience (ideally in a B2B setting) Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator - both on the phone and by email A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets Experience in waste management is a bonus, but not essential
