We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in office administration. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised environment
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
Utilise all Microsoft Office Suite Packages for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Assist with bookkeeping tasks , including invoicing and expense tracking
Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members
Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required
Experience of using Simpro Job Management System
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential for this role
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Packages
Administrative experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Familiarity with Xero is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong clerical experience with a focus on maintaining organised documentation
