We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to staff and clients. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when responding to inquiries from clients and visitors.
Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars using Google Suite.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with general office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) is advantageous.
