Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to cover maternity leave This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and supporting our construction projects through effective administrative management.
Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing, preparing documentation for completions, ordering services for sites & invoicing
o Efficiently and professionally handle incoming telephone calls.
Maintain communication with site staff regarding works and materials.
Order materials as required.
Schedule client appointments effectively.
Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely updates for clients.
Perform fast and accurate data entry.
Keep data up to date and easily accessible.
Manage electronic filing, scanning, and mail responsibilities.
Address any client correspondence as necessary
Undertake any other duties that will be assigned from the Site Foreman or Office Manager
Requirements
Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in office administration or construction.
Ability to use initiative and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Work with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
