Office Administrator
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide clerical support, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with general office tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing paperwork
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and working with databases
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
