Your Role




As our Office Administrator, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of all administration activities linked to the

delivery and collection of goods

. You'll be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for visitors, and a crucial support to our operations team. Responsibilities include:
Distributing delivery numbers to hauliers and customers Receiving and processing customer orders Welcoming visitors and completing site inductions Supporting daily office administration tasks Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with Health & Safety standards

What you'll bring




You will:
Have experience in providing solid office administration support Be confident and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) Be meticulous with

strong attention to detail

Be a natural

multi-tasker

, capable of staying on top of competing priorities Be familiar with, and committed to, Health & Safety best practices
