Job Description

We're a small but ambitious construction company looking for someone who's organised, proactive, and happy to roll up their sleeves. This is a varied role where you'll keep the office running smoothly and help us grow the business.

What you'll be doing

:

Keeping the office organised - admin, invoices, timesheets, compliance Supporting projects - paperwork, supplier coordination, and team support Helping us win work - tenders, bids, and client follow-ups Getting involved in marketing, socials, and building relationships

What we're after

:

Solid admin/office management experience (construction background a bonus) Great with people and a confident communicator Comfortable juggling tasks and wearing lots of hats Tech-savvy (MS Office, CRM or similar) and willing to learn
