Main Duties And Responsibilities



Preserving accuracy and organisation in assisting the Sales and Service teams with routine tasks

Generating purchase orders, quotes and dispatch notes from Xero

Ensuring that all orders and sales-related paperwork are accurate and up to date

Managing sales data on Xero and Excel

Tracking sales from order to delivery

Liaising with suppliers and customers

Dealing with customer queries

Qualifications And Experience



Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level

Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of Xero, Word and Excel

Administration qualification or demonstrable 2 years' experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-24,500.00 per year
