We are looking for someone to join our busy team here at the Berkhamsted office. The successful candidate will be office based.
We would like someone with at least 2- 3 years admin experience. Training will of course be provided for our in-house systems and processes.
The Office Administrator will include the following:
Providing customers with quotations
Processing sales orders & liaising with customers throughout the order process
Providing customers with quotations
Updating project information to our CRM and other inhouse systems.
Answering calls and logging faults on our system when required
General sales support and administration duties
Arranging equipment to be configured by tech team and delivered to site
We would like the new member of our team to be confident working with the following applications:
Word, Excel and Outlook.
We have in-house portals/ systems for some tasks and training will be provided.
A good telephone manner is essential as we deal with important clients over the phone on a daily basis.
Hours and days required are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
