We are pleased to be working with a logistics business in the recruitment of an Office Administrator. This role will be fully office based in their new offices in Biggleswade.

The right candidate will have previous experience within a similar position and strong knowledge/experience using Excel. If you have a strong administrative background ideally someone with data entry experience, then this could be a great opportunity for you!

As part of this position, you will be responsible for managing the time and attendance for around 200 colleagues as well as supporting a small but busy finance and planning team to manage customer expectations.

The salary of this position is paying up to \xc2\xa328K depending on candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience! This is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday position.

Duties include:

  • Register any new starters onto the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal systems.
  • Accurate inputting of daily worked hours for Core and Agency hours onto the Time & Attendance system.
  • Manage Absence line and tracker (Report/Email) in line with the onsite Managers.
  • Liaise with the agencies on any hour\xe2\x80\x99s queries, absence, holidays etc.
  • Submitting weekly accurate timesheets to the agencies and resolving any queries in a timely manner.
  • Submitting accurate weekly payroll submission sheets to Payroll Teams for processing.
  • Raise and submit PO\xe2\x80\x99s in Concur (Recording Orders on the PO tracker)
  • Updating onsite Rota and site movements/on call list etc
  • Running daily performance report from longbow and send it out the wider team.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Providing support to the Planning Manager as and when required.
Candidate requirements:
  • Experience processing time sheets/daily hours would be desired.
  • A positive attitude with an approachable professional nature.
  • Previous experience of processing supplier invoices and credit notes, reconciling and matching invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes would be desired.
  • Excellent time management skills, self-motivated and well disciplined.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
