As a small team, we're very much all hands on deck - everyone gets involved, and no two days are the same.
Hours:
9:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (FTE salary up to 35,000 p.a.)
The Role:
You'll create a welcoming and professional office environment for staff and visitors, support day-to-day operations, and work closely with project managers and operations. From setting up new starters and managing office supplies to supporting projects and team events, this is a varied, hands-on role with real involvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Meeting and greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
Organising internal meetings and managing office supplies
Coordinating couriers and supporting workshop operations
Office housekeeping
Organising and attending weekly production meetings
Supporting project managers with research, samples, and material orders
Updating calendars, project overviews, and rotas
Maintaining project information and displays
Building knowledge of Salesforce and project systems
Helping organise staff socials, client entertainment, and company events
About You:
Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Proactive, flexible, and happy to get involved wherever needed
Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Thrives in a deadline-driven, fast-moving environment
