You'll be right at the heart of customer enquiries and day-to-day coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and loves connecting with customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls and booking in jobs
Supporting engineers with daily scheduling and paperwork
Managing customer records and service reminders
Handling administrative tasks using our job management software
Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients
Making warm calls to existing or dormant customers
