About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is based at our office and is not remote or work-from-home. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and support
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Assisting with HR-related tasks and documentation
Supporting compliance with Health & Safety, Data Protection, and GDPR regulations
Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and documentation
Liaising with internal teams and external partners as needed
Managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance needs
Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks as required
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous experience of working in professional services.
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
Understanding of Health & Safety practices
Familiarity with Data Protection and GDPR compliance
Experience or knowledge of HR processes
Knowledge of Practice Assurance or ACCA Quality Checked procedures.
Prior experience of bookkeeping and use of Xero.
