Property Management
division, supporting day-to-day operations, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. You will also assist with administration across other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks across multiple areas of the company.
Support the property management team with tenant and landlord communications.
Manage both digital and physical filing systems with great attention to detail.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, records, and property data.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
Work on QuickBooks (experience required).
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for management and staff.
Take photos and assist with property listings and
social media management
.
Use different software tools efficiently (training will be provided).
Provide general office support and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Professional and confident when liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.
Strong skills in
Excel
(for bookkeeping and data entry).
Familiarity with
QuickBooks
or similar accounting software is a big plus.
Basic
graphic design
or social media experience would be an advantage.
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player.
Driving licence (preferred)
Experience:
Experience in
property management

bookkeeping
is desirable, but not essential.
