The role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized office administrator to support our daily operations. This role is integral to ensuring efficient sales order processing in collaboration with the warehouse team and provides key administrative support to the business.
Key responsibilities
Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries via. phone and email with professionalism.
Arrange delivery of goods, ensuring smooth logistics.
Processing returns and credits.
Assist in creating and improving existing systems and processes.
Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Perform general office administration and support.
The ideal candidate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
A customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing outstanding service.
Previous experience with Sales Order Processing is highly desirable.
Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving / lateral thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 14.30
