Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join The One Life Physiotherapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, proficient in administrative tasks, quick to pick up systems, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well with a team. This role has potential to develop towards a Practice Manager role so would be ideal for someone dynamic and proactive looking to expand their skills.
Duties:
- Perform general duties to support office operations on a day to day basis
- Meet and greet clients with warmth, respect and confidentiality
- Manage clinic supplies and equipment
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently including finance and invoicing
- Confidently manage phone calls, enquiries and emails as well as client care and debt chasing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in organising meetings and appointments
- Utilise Writeupp for bookings and finance - experience not necessary but should be able to pick up systems quickly
- Computerise documents and correspondence
- Type reports as needed
- Support the clinical and admin teams as required
Experience:
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Ideally have worked in a healthcare setting or similar
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic clerical tasks
