Office Administrator
to support our growing electrical and renewables business in Bristol. This role is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring a top-notch service for our clients.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and maintaining efficient office processes. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent computer skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Office Administrator, you'll work closely with our engineers, management team, and clients to ensure all admin processes are handled efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Raising and booking jobs for engineers
Keeping clients updated on job progress and scheduling
Raising and issuing purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
Updating job management systems and maintaining accurate records
General office admin support including filing, document management, and email handling
Assisting with ordering and tracking materials
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an office admin or coordinator role (preferably in construction or trades)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisation and time management
Confident using Microsoft Office and job management systems (e.g. SimPRO or similar)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
