We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in administration and operations. You will work closely with our Operations Lead and play a key role in supporting administration, customer service, order processing, procurement, and maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Answer incoming calls and direct to the relevant departments.
Distribute internal flashing schedules to the fabrication team.
Save and organise completed fabrication records.
Customer Service & Order Processing
Upload Clad4orm orders into the Sage system.
Assign correct cost codes and generate relevant documentation, including delivery notes and schedules, for the fabrication team.
Verify that quotes, orders, and schedules are properly saved and complete.
Check customer credit limits prior to processing orders.
Process Lester Cladding North West orders, such as maintain an order register, monitor completed schedules and price-check flashings and resolve discrepancies with the Operations Lead.
Procurement
Source materials for the welding bay, including blades, gas bottles, and other renewable items.
Manage powder coating orders:
Calculate and raise PO's* Liaise with transport and coaters regarding delivery lead times.* Handle guarantee applications for PPC services.* Order & monitor stock levels of stationary
HR Administrative tasks, such as processing employee timesheets and creating work anniversary posters
Procurement of miscellaneous items such as paint spray cans and fuel.
Maintenance
Report breakdowns of machinery, including guillotines and press brakes, to ensure timely repairs.

Confident in using office software, including Sage or similar systems (training will be provided).

8am-5pm Monday-Thursday
8am-2pm Fridays
