Office Administrator
to join our friendly office team.
The ideal candidate will be an organised all-rounder with excellent customer service skills, strong computer literacy, and solid experience in business administration. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team while assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new care staff -- helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming induction into the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Providing outstanding customer service to our customers, their families, and external professionals.
Managing, organising, and maintaining office documents, files, and records.
Supporting with the archiving of documents and records, both paper-based and digital.
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Supporting the management team with various day-to-day administrative tasks.
Performing reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling enquiries.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Handling invoices and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely payments.
Assisting in the planning and organisation of company events, including sending invitations and coordinating logistics.
Supporting with the preparation and recognition of customer and staff birthdays and special occasions.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
Experience in a care or health sector setting (desirable but not essential).
