General Description:
The overall responsibility of the Office Administrator is to effectively and efficiently manage the deployment of our Lift Service & Repair Engineering Team to ensure completion of servicing lifts within our client portfolio.
This is a pivotal role which involves regular contact with engineers, management teams, clients and other functions within our Business.
This is a fast paced role where you will be required to work on multiple projects in a client driven, results orientated environment.
Reporting into the Department Manager you will drive change and suggest new ideas and drive a 'customer-centric' culture within the operational service teams, as well as creating a fun working environment with good staff retention.
You will be a confident personality and be able to analyse and interpret data well. Your role will involve:
Delivery of Breakdown and Service departmental key performance indicators and service levels - ensuring a high customer care culture at times
Scheduling the field engineers
Manage all enquiries
Constantly reviewing and suggesting improvements to the customer service journey to improve the experience for customers and to drive profitability and growth
Ensuring compliance to procedures all times
Updating Client Portals
You will have the following skills/experience:

Experience of planning jobs (preferably from within an engineering background but not required)
The ability to learn complex processes

Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to identify problems and inefficiencies and to develop and push through solutions & improvements

Scheduling external works
Hours:
37.50 per week - Monday to Friday (Typically between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm)
Holidays:
22 days a year + UK Bank Holidays
