Key Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and managing technicians' calendars
Processing invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and team members
Assisting with general office tasks and administration
Formalising quotations
Proof reading plumber's reports and ensuring attention to detail
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in trades or service-based industries is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software (experience with CRMs e.g. Simpro is a plus)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure/time constraints
