As Office Administrator, you'll support the smooth running of our telecare service by maintaining secure customer records, assisting commercial and operational teams, and acting as a first?line contact for customer enquiries. This role is an excellent entry point into the workforce, offering hands?on experience in organisation, communication, and day?to?day office operations. It's also well?suited to those needing flexibility, with structured part?time hours that can fit around existing commitments while still providing valuable professional development.

Key Responsibilities



Accurately gather and enter customer data into a secure telecare system Maintain spreadsheets and customer records in line with data protection standards Prepare and send customer information packs Manage incoming and outgoing post Upload, organise, and maintain information across internal systems Handle general administrative tasks, including document handling and data entry Support basic financial administration and record?keeping Liaise between the commercial team and the account manager Provide first?line response to customer enquiries Support day?to?day administrative needs across departments Complete all tasks accurately and within required timeframes

Skills & Attributes



Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Clear, confident communication with a professional, supportive approach Competent with data entry, spreadsheets, and general office software Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, accurate, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and high?quality service
