We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in office management.This role involves managing schedules, human resources functions, and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining an efficient work environment and supporting company growth through effective administrative leadership.

Responsibilities



Day-to-day office administration Vehicle maintenance (MOTs, Servicing, Insurance) Stock and Inventory up-keep Uploading reactive jobs from clients onto engineers app (JOBLOGIC) O&M manual knowledge (Desirable but not necessary) Delivering paper work or materials to site

Requirements



Construction knowledge and/or Electrical knowledge Experience in a similar role Organised and independent working Self-motivated Tech savvy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
