Office Administrator

to help keep our operations smooth across all three businesses.

Role Overview



You'll be the backbone of the office -- managing admin, communication, and coordination across multiple teams.
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who's previously worked in a

small business environment

and wants a long-term role in a fast-paced, supportive company.

Key Responsibilities



General Administration



Oversee daily office tasks and workflow across all businesses. Handle emails, calls, and general enquiries professionally. Keep Google Drive folders, trackers, and property documents organised. Manage invoices, receipts, and supplier information. Update company records and help prepare reports or spreadsheets.

Operational Support



Assist the lettings, short-term rental, and investor teams with admin tasks. Send contracts, tenancy documents, and booking confirmations. Communicate with tenants, contractors, and partners as needed. Support the PA and CEO in keeping projects and deadlines on track.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in

office administration

(ideally small business or property-related). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Confident using

Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

or Monday.com(Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive). Clear and professional communicator. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

The Details



Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:45am - 2:45pm (in-office only).

Location:

Carlisle office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Work Location: In person
