Office Administrator
to support our growing operations. Based in
Carnforth, Lancashire
, the role is available on a
part-time or full-time basis
(or part-time leading to full-time, depending on the candidate).
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and organisation
Managing phone and email enquiries professionally
Using Microsoft Office to produce documents and update records
Assisting the Managing Director with scheduling and administrative support
Supporting engineers and installers with day-to-day coordination
Maintaining our CRM system and logging project information
Assisting with basic procurement and supplier communications
Helping ensure smooth project delivery from the office side
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Confidence using CRMs or similar project/communication platforms
Strong communication and organisational skills
A professional and friendly manner on the phone
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Some experience or knowledge of procurement or the construction/renewables sector (advantageous, not essential)
Training
will be provided
, so the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important than ticking every box.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 11.44-18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
