The Role
Are you someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm, professional first impression? We're looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to join us in a part-time job share role, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
As the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and colleagues, you'll be at the heart of our organisation, welcoming guests, managing communications and helping to keep our office running efficiently. You will also support our purchasing and fleet administration processes to help everything stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and professional reception service
Handle incoming calls, emails, post and deliveries
Keep reception and shared office spaces tidy and well organised
Deliver general administrative support across the organisation
Order and maintain office supplies
Help administer and maintain company fleet records
Assist with purchase requisitions and routine purchasing tasks
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth business operations
What We're Looking For
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook as a minimum)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
