We are seeking an administrator who is hardworking, trustworthy, and able to use their own initiative. You will work well as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Previous office experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing the claims inbox, and supporting the wider team to maintain efficiency across the department.

Key Responsibilities



Managing the claims inbox, ensuring all emails, queries, and documents are handled promptly and accurately Opening, sorting, and delivering mail within strict deadlines Processing all incoming items efficiently and with attention to detail Providing support to the Managers and all team members Carrying out general administrative duties Confidently using IT systems and office software
