Main duties and responsibilities:
Administration:
Manage business communications, supplier orders, billing processes, and track project expenditure.
Invoice clients, maintain customer accounts, and assist with credit control and payment follow-ups.
Collect project and company data, assist with client negotiations, and prepare operational improvement plans.
Create, edit, print, and bind project documents and reports.
Reception Duties:
Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries, and relay messages to the appropriate departments.
Welcome visitors on-site, maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.
Handle mail and deliveries, manage office supplies, and ensure accurate record-keeping of expenses.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and support daily office operations through clerical tasks.
Social Media Management:
Develop and deliver a social media strategy tailored to the construction industry, boosting Connexus UK's visibility and engagement.
Create and manage online content (written, visual, and video) to promote services and showcase projects.
Monitor online engagement, respond to queries, manage promotions, and build the company's digital reputation.
Track industry trends and ensure Connexus UK remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
About You:
Previous administration experience within a construction or related industry is desirable.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable managing social media platforms.
A team player with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service standards.
