Duties
Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation both digitally and physically
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Ensuring the office supplies are stocked and ordering necessary materials when needed
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking
Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
