We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff. Duties
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Maintain and update office records through accurate data entry and filing systems
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars for staff members
Support administrative projects, including organising documents, ordering supplies, and coordinating events
Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative procedures and workflows.
Assist Team Members with some procurement, receiving and processing of deliveries to The Studio.
Preparation for fit-out.
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry being essential
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
Basic clerical experience including filing, photocopying, and document management
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
