We are a busy local accountancy practice who are looking for an Administrator &/or Office Manager to join our friendly team.
The role will include the following duties;
Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and clients.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and database.
Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and correspondence management.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite for creating documents and spreadsheets.
Organise meetings, including scheduling appointments and running the Team's Office Calender.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.
The ideal candidate would be friendly, enthusiastic and posses strong administrative skills.
Requirements:
Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, excel and Outlook).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Demonstrated clerical experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
