Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of information
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support invoicing and billing processes
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Provide general administrative support to facilitate efficient workflow
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative background
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong typing skills with attention to detail to minimise errors in documentation
Good phone etiquette coupled with professional communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
