Job Description

Full-time office administrator required for a busy dental laboratory based in Christchurch, Dorset

This is a varied job role with duties that include:

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Large volume of data entry including invoicing and scanning Communicating with customers by email and phone Dealing with account queries Maintaining office supplies and reordering where appropriate General housekeeping
The ideal candidate will have good timekeeping, be computer literate, willing to learn, have good attention to detail and great telephone skills. Microsoft office experience is required, and sage experience is preferable but not essential as training will be given.

Job Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch break

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Candidates who are successful in their interview will be welcomed back for a trial of around 2 hours to give the opportunity to see the job role in action and for the laboratory to assess suitability. On site parking is provided.
