Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the smooth running of our office and will involve managing surveyors' diaries, booking appointments from inbound leads, handling emails, and supporting the wider administrative function.

You will work closely alongside 6 other team members, primarily collaborating with our existing operations manager to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Managing surveyors' diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently Booking appointments from inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM systems Monitoring and managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries Coordinating staff diaries and ensuring schedules are kept up to date Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems Using Google Docs and other Google Workspace tools for documentation and reporting Supporting general office administration tasks as required Communicating effectively with surveyors, management, and customers
Requirements

Previous office administration experience (essential) GCSE English and Maths Confident user of Google Docs and Google Workspace Previous experience using CRM systems Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and systems Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well as part of a small team and independently when required
Desirable Skills

Experience in a property, construction, or service-based business Experience handling high volumes of enquiries or bookings
