We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Sage Accounts, possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks and have a good telephone manner. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties
Sage Accounts essential, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and for document creation, spreadsheets,
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Scanning documents and filing
Assist with Invoicing and Telesales
Support team members with clerical duties .
Ordering of supplies
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Hands on approach and be able to work as part of a team with a friendly disposition.
Experience
Previous Sage experience is essential.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in data entry and clerical work is highly desirable.
A background in using Sage financial is a must.
