We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in the Cookstown Head office, to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional environment. The role involves handling various clerical duties, supporting team members, and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Duties



Managing and maintaining accurate financial records using Sage50 software Managing imports on the TSS portal and liaising with suppliers when necessary Processing sale orders and liaising with customers to resolve queries Handling incoming telephone calls and emails Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Carrying out monthly credit card reconciliations Maintaining organised filing systems for all financial documentation Supporting month and end of year closing procedures as required Supporting day to day office operations Any other general admin duties as requested by the company

Requirements



Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Demonstrated phone etiquette and communication skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks undertaken Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
