We're a small but growing electrical contracting business based in Coulsdon, and we're looking for an organised, confident, and proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
This is a key role at the front line of the company - you'll often be the first point of contact for new customers, suppliers, and clients, so a professional and personable telephone manner is essential.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling incoming calls, including sales enquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups
Liaising with suppliers and placing material orders
Maintaining client records and basic CRM or job tracking systems
Supporting with invoicing, document management, and filing
Assisting with general office duties across multiple teams and departments to keep the business running smoothly - this role suits someone who is genuinely organised, detail-focused, and ready to jump in wherever needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Good computer skills
, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Someone reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks

Experience in a similar role or trade-based business is a bonus - but not essential

Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task/project management software
Experience or training in social media and basic marketing tasks
