We are looking for an
organised and reliable Office Administrator
to support the day-to-day running of our busy office. This role involves scheduling, general office administration, CRM updates, and working with Microsoft Excel and Word in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist customers and help maintain our customer-focused service.
Key duties/responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
General office administration and support
Answering phones and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner
Updating customer records on CRM systems
Managing social media platforms (optional/desirable)* Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Data entry and record keeping
Essential Criteria:
Strong computer skills (Excel & Word essential)
Excellent organisation and time management
Ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
High attention to detail
Positive, can-do attitude
Customer-focused and able to provide excellent service
Desirable Criteria:
Office administration experience, particularly with large contracts
Confidence using CRM systems
Experience managing social media platforms
Experience of the heating industry, renewable technologies
