An immediate vacancy has arisen for a capable admin person to work in our friendly team. An organised confident manner is important, knowledge of writing reports and letters is also required. A good telephone manner is essential as we take many calls from our clients daily.
My aim is to provide a seamless service to our clients and if you enjoy offering great service, you may be the person to join our team. Full training will be provided as we use bespoke systems.
Core responsibilities:
Answering phones, managing emails and logging jobs on our bespoke job management system
Report writing - we produce reports for our clients using word and on our bespoke job management system
Scheduling engineers diary's
Excellent communications skills required both verbally and in writing
Maths and English GCSE or equivalent is required.
Hours 8.30am to 5pm with an 8am start one day a week. In addition, you will join the on call rota and take emergency calls once trained.
The job comes with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
