We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties
Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and expense tracking
Handling general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative background with a strong understanding of clerical procedures
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in using data management systems and maintaining detailed records
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with administrative software or tools is desirable but not essential
